SOLSAGE FOOD TRUCK
Solsage Food Truck is a Colorado Springs based food truck run by Nick and Bri who have a passion for fresh, small batch sausage and serving their local El Paso County community by offering delicious, high quality food! They make all of their sausages by hand, in-house and offer a seasonal variety of German bratwursts, Italian sausages, gourmet burgers, fresh cut fries and pierogies! They also offer seasonal summer sausage and charcuterie products. They look forward to serving you on a sidewalk nearby soon!

COWGIRL KETTLE CORN & LEMONADE
Spencer and Holly are natives to the Colorado Springs Westside and began their business at the Old Colorado City Farmer’s Market seven years ago. They own three of the highest volume kettle corn and lemonade trailers in the city that operate during the spring, summer, fall and winter seasons. They recently added a new line of gourmet popcorn and roasted nuts. Next time you’re in the mood for something sweet, or craving an ice cold lemonade, give them a try!
